I’m doing really well. I am joyful, so much so that two of the other women at work are making sounds that they are interested in attending your event!

I have been doing the hour of power each morning. What an incredible way to start my day. I am reading the 10 powers every morning and applying them. I am playing with the optimum level of being several times daily. I really am happy!

The wisdom I have been receiving has been guiding me to find my authentic self and to live from that place. Good advice I think. Breathing, presence and silence seem to be helpful in that process.
